The Sunset Bar serves as our meeting point before and after kitesurfing sessions. Meet fellow kiters and travelers from around the world at our bar.
Located right at the kite spot, it’s the perfect place to wait for the wind while socializing with instructors, students, free riders, and our team. As soon as the wind picks up, we all eagerly head out into the water.
After an exhilarating day on the water, unwind with a refreshing drink and enjoy the stunning Kalpitiya sunsets. We offer a variety of beers, bar snacks, upbeat music, and great vibes to make your evenings unforgettable!
Our buffet: A mix of local and international food
As the sun goes down and dinner time kicks in, everyone gathers around for one of the best parts of the day.
Our local chef prepares a hearty buffet that mixes Sri Lankan classics with some Western favorites. Think: fresh homemade curry, grilled seafood, chicken with mashed potatoes and veggies, a variety of pastas, and our legendary Sri Lankan Kothu.
Dinner is more than just food – it’s when students, instructors, and staff all come together to share stories from the day, laugh, and unwind.
We also throw in weekly theme nights to keep things fun. Our pizza night (with proper stone oven pizzas) is always a hit. The BBQ night serves up juicy tuna and meats, and our paella night brings a little Spanish flair to Kalpitiya.
